In collaboration with Viking Development, Southern Architecture Workshop led the design of a seven-unit, four bedroom townhome community in Southeast Nashville. Drawing from the traditional brownstone typology, the project introduces a contemporary interpretation through simplified forms and a restrained material palette. The townhomes are thoughtfully organized around a shared pool and outdoor space to encourage informal interaction and a sense of community.
