SAW renovated an existing 8,840 SF building in Hixson, Tennessee, for a new Pinnacle Financial Partners branch. The project includes a full interior renovation and rebranding, along with targeted exterior improvements, including roof and front facade modifications to align with Pinnacle’s brand standards. A key component has been close coordination with the client’s security team to maintain a high level of security throughout the design. This includes minimizing access points, studying sightlines to sensitive areas such as the vault and service zones, and designing secure teller stations and employee workspaces to support safe, efficient operations. The project reflects SAW’s ability to balance brand identity, operational functionality, and security within an existing building framework.
